His quote saved me over $1000 per year and had more coverage than my previous plans (with a competitor). It was a no brainer to move towards State Farm! Check this place out- they seem to truly try to do what’s best for the customer & their assets versus just asking customers to purchase a bunch of unnecessary products."

"First, the staff are as nice as can be. From that aspect, I would give them five stars. Unfortunately, nice doesn't mean they are competent or knowledgable. This has been absolutely the worst experience I have had with an insurance company. This office has messed up our policies multiple times, failed to communicate essential information and despite us speaking with multiple people, still can't seem to get our issues resolved. The consequence to them not following through risks loss of coverage. Even trying to get things in order enough to transfer to another broker has been challenging. I DO NOT RECOMMEND."

I am sorry for our failure to communicate with you guys in relation to concerns from underwriting. In reference to the transfer we were making sure that all questions from underwriting had been addressed so that the new agent didn't get thrown into the middle of a bunch of changes. All of the final comments have been sent to our underwriting team and the agent change was processed for you guys today. I appreciate you bringing the concerns to us and I have addressed these issues with our team.
