ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my first office in 2020 and expanded with a second location in 2025. We currently have a team of five, and we work closely across both offices to create a fun, supportive environment where people feel valued and motivated to grow.I’m a third-generation State Farm agent and have been with the company for 13 years — my first job out of college was working in my dad’s office, and I’ve been building toward agency ownership ever since as an aspirant. I graduated from Capital University where I played football, and outside of work I’m a husband, a dad to a two-year-old daughter, and we have another baby on the way. I’m also in a cover band and love spending time outdoors whenever I can.Community involvement is a big part of who we are. Our office participates in about 12 community events each year, and we love staying connected with the people we serve. For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, $100 per month toward life and health policies, two group life policies, and licensing reimbursement after six months. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.   • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
